“When the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, lay down to sleep at night he would place his hand under his cheek and supplicate, ‘Allah, with Your Name I die and return to life.’ When he awoke he supplicated, ‘All praise is due to Allah who has brought us back to life after He had caused us to die and to Him is the return.’"

Bukhari with a chain up to Huzaifah who related that the Prophet, praise and peace be upon him, said this.
