GATES OF PARADISE ARE OPENED DURING RAMADAN

“When Ramadan arrives the Gates of Paradise are opened and the Gates of Hell are locked up and satans are put in chains.”

Bukhari and Muslim with a chain up to Abu Hurairah who related that the Messenger of Allah, praise and peace be upon him, said this.

PAYING THE OBLIGATORY CHARITY OF RAMADAN

Allah, the Exalted says:

“Establish your prayers,

pay the obligatory charity,

and bow with those who bow.” 2:43 Koran

“Yet they were ordered to worship Allah alone,

making the Religion His sincerely, upright,

and to establish their prayers

and to pay the obligatory charity.

That is indeed the Religion of Straightness.” 98:5 Koran

“Take charity from their wealth,

in order that they are thereby cleansed and purified,

and pray for them;

for your prayer is a comforting mercy for them.

Allah is Hearing, Knowing.” 9:103 Koran
