A man among the Children of Israel used to commit sins until he collected some of that. When death approached him, he said to his family: If you follow what I command you, I will pay you my money, otherwise I will not. They said: We will follow what you have commanded us. He said: If I died, then they burned me with fire, then pounded my bones hard. If you saw a strong wind on the day, then climb to the top of a mountain, throw me in the wind. He said: I fear you, O Lord. He said: I have forgiven you.

They said, “The best father.” He said: “By Allah, I do not leave with anyone what was not mine to him unless I took it, or do you do to me what I tell you?” So he took two covenants from them and said: No, then see if I die, then burn me with fire, then crush me, then look at a windy day, so leave me, so that Allah may lead astray. He said: For fear of your punishment. He said: He got on his way, so repent for him.
