Verily, you will come to the people of the Book, so call them to testify that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah, if they obey this, then tell them that Allah has made it obligatory for them to pray five times a day and night, if they obey it then tell them that Allah has obligated them to pay zakat in their wealth, which is taken from the rich from them and given back to the poor from them, if they obey it then beware of their good wealth and beware of the prayer of the oppressed, for there is not a single veil between him and Allah.

"O Ali, carry out your duties properly and unhurriedly, until you arrive in their territory'. After that, call them to convert to Islam and inform them of the obligations they must perform in the teachings of Islam! Allah, indeed Allah's guidance which is given to a person (until he converts to Islam) through your intercession, is better for you than for you to obtain abundant blessings from the red camel."

For them the rights of fellow Muslims and on them the obligations of Muslims.
