Whoever believes in Allah, whoever says la ilaaha illallooh [there is no god but Allah] and he disobeys what is worshiped besides Allah, his wealth and blood are forbidden, while his reckoning is with Allah.

Every Muslim against another Muslim is forbidden his blood, wealth and honor.

O Osama, did you kill him after you said laa ilaaha illalloh? What will you do with laa ilaaha illalloh [what he has said] if he comes on the Day of Resurrection? Have you split his heart so you know that's why [in self-defense] he said those two sentences or not? Who is there to [defense] you against the words of laa ilaaha illallooh later on the Day of Resurrection?

Don't kill him [the one who has said laa ilaaha illalloh]. If you kill him then two are in your position before you killed him and you are in his position before he uttered the words he spoke.

Does he not testify that there is no god but Allah? Doesn't he testify that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the Messenger of Allah? Doesn't he pray? They are what I am forbidden from [fighting] them.
