(Abu Huroyroh) reported that the Messenger of Allah - Peace and blessing be upon him - when he rose to the second rakaat he opened by reading Alhamdulillahi robbil 'aalamiin, and did not remain silent.

(Aisyah) reported that the Messenger of Allah - Peace and blessing be upon him - started his prayer with takbir and recited Alhamdulillahirobbil 'aalamiin and when he bowed he did not raise his head and did not lower him but between that. If he lifts his head from bowing, he does not prostrate until he is completely standing. If he gets up from prostration, he does not prostrate again until he is completely seated. He reads every two rakaat tahiyyat / tasyahud, then sits with the sole of his left foot and straightens his right leg. He forbade sitting iq'aa' like the devil and forbade to stick his forearm to the ground like a wild animal, and he closed his prayer with greetings.
