Topic | A person who is wicked and who is slandered (takes leadership / priest illegally) becomes an imam

h845

[Abu Dharr said: Verily my beloved (The Messenger of Allah - Peace and blessing be upon him - ) gave me a will to hear and obey even if a slave has a severed limb, and so that I pray on time] Then when you (O Abu Dharr) find people praying then you have indeed get (reward) your prayer. But if they don't (i.e. you still find them praying then pray) then it is a lifestyle of the Prophet (for you). Pray on time, so if you find praying with them, you should pray (with them) and don't say "I have prayed, so I don't pray anymore".

h846

They are priests of prayer for you so that if they are right then the reward is for you and for them, and if they are wrong then the reward is for you and the sin is on them.

h847

There will be leaders after me who will finish the prayer, so the reward is for you and the sin is on them, so pray with them as long as they pray facing the Qiblah.

h848

(Uthman bin Affan) it was reported that he was asked while he was surrounded (at his house) about praying behind the priest during the fitnah, so he replied: Prayer is the best of all that humans do, if people do good then do good together them but if they do bad then stay away.
