(Abdulloh bin Umar) he said: I made the pilgrimage with the Prophet so he did not fast on the day of Arofah, I made the pilgrimage with Abubakar, nor did he fast on him; with Umar, he did not fast on him either; with Uthman he did not fast on him, so I did not fast on him, neither ordered nor forbade him.

(Ummul Fadl) he reported that the people disagreed on the day of Arofah about the fast of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) so he sent a glass of milk while he was on his camel at Arofah, then he drank the milk.

If Shaban is in the middle, then do not fast until Ramadan comes.
