There is no fasting for those who fast forever.

Whoever fasts all the time (fasting blood) then Hell becomes narrow on him like that (he holds the palm of his hand) - he folds his finger (as a sign) the number ninety (ie the tip of the index finger is attached to the tip of his thumb).
