The honor / prohibition of the glorified city of Mecca
h1540
Verily, this land has been forbidden by Allah since the creation of the heavens and the earth. So this land is forbidden, because Allah has forbidden it until the Day of Resurrection. No one may fight in this land, neither those before me nor myself, except for just one moment of the day for me. The land is a forbidden land because Allah has forbidden it until the Day of Resurrection. In this country, no one is allowed to cut thorny trees, he is not allowed to hunt his animals, he is not allowed to pick up items lost because they are scattered, except for announcements, and he is not allowed to cut the grass." Then Abbas said, "O Messenger of Allah, other than Idzkhir, because Idzkhir is needed. for dyers and house builders." So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasa llam said:da: "But Idzkhir."
h1541
"Indeed Allah has protected the city of Mecca from the attack of the elephant army and gave strength to His Messenger and the believers to defend it. No one is allowed to fight in this land. The prohibition has existed for a long time. It is also not permissible for those who are after me. Do not hunt the prey, do not cut the thorns. And do not pick up lost items scattered around except for those who are looking for them / their owners.
h1542
"Allah has made Mecca a forbidden land, but people have not forbidden it. So it is no longer permissible for a person who believes in Allah and the Hereafter to shed blood in it and cut down its trees. If someone argues with the war that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) did alaihi wasallam in it, then say to him, 'Verily Allah has given permission to His Messenger, but not to you.' And indeed, Allah gave me permission only a few moments of the day, and today, it has again become haram, as it was yesterday.
