The virtues of Medina Al-Munawwarah (the light)

"This (Uhud) is a mountain that loves us and we love it. O Allah, indeed Abraham has forbidden Mecca and I have now forbidden what is between its two mountains (Medina)."

"Prophet Ibrahim 'alaihissalam has forbidden (purified) Mecca and pray for it and I have forbidden Medina as Ibrahim forbade Mecca and pray for him in terms of mud and sha'nya as Ibrahim prayed for Mecca".

"There is not a country that the Dajjal will not enter except Mecca and Medina, because there is not a single entrance from its gates unless there are angels who line up guarding it. Then Medina will shake three times until Allah brings out the disbelievers and hypocrites thereof".

"At the gate of the city of Medina there are angels (who guard it) so that the plague and the Messiah-Dajjal will not be able to enter it".
