Whoever wakes up at night and says: There is no god but Allah, He has no partner, to Him belongs all dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things, Praise be to Allah, Glory be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, Allah is Great, and there is no power and no effort except Allah, the Most Exalted, the Most Great. Then he said: O Allah forgive me, or if he prays it will be answered, if he performs ablution and prays then his prayer is accepted.

Whoever goes up to his bed in a state of purity and remembers Allah the Most High until he feels sleepy, then he does not turn around / wake up at one time in the night and then ask Allah for something from the goodness of this world and the hereafter unless Allah will give him what he asked for.

The true dream is from Allah, while the wet dream is from the devil, so if one of you sees (in a dream) something that he does not like, then he should blow to his left three times and ask Allah for protection from the evil of his dream. In fact it will not harm him.
