Indeed, there is no prophet except for one angel who came to him with news, tell us who is your friend?" He replied: "Jibril 'alaihis salam." They said: "Gabriel, he who sends down wars, killings and torture, he is our enemy! If you had said Mika`il, who sends down mercy, grows crops and sends rain, surely (we will follow you)." So Allah 'azza wajalla sent down the verse: (Whoever becomes Jibril's enemy) until the end of the verse.

from Ibn 'Abbas he said; 'Umar radiallahu 'anhu said; "Ubay is the one who is the most intelligent in reading the Qur'an among us, and Ali is the one who understands the law the most among us. While we leave a lot of Ubay's qira`ah (in reading the Qur'an). Because Ubay once said, "I will not leave anything that I have heard from the Messenger of Allah. While Allah Tabaraka Wa Ta'ala says: '(Which verse we have written down, or we have made (humans) forget about it, we have brought something better than it or comparable to it)' (Surat al-Baqarah: ).

From Ibn Umar he said; "In the past the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed on his animal vehicle and he was from Mecca to Medina, and there the verse came down, 'So wherever you turn there is the face of Allah. ."

From 'Amir bin Rabi'ah he said; We were with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a journey in the dark night, we did not know which Qibla, each of us prayed facing its direction. In the morning, we told the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then the verse came down: "So wherever you turn there is the face of Allah." Surah Al-Baqarah:
