And fear Allah, and know that you shall meet Him.
And give glad tidings to the believers. 230
224. Do not make Allah a deterrent, through your
oaths, that you be not righteous and ward off evil,
and reform between people.
Surely, Allah is All-hearing, All-knowing. 231
225. Allah will not take you to account for
a slip in your unintentional oaths; but
He will take you to account for what
your hearts have earned.
And Allah is All-forgiving, All-clement. 232
