Allah says,
"It is a Blessed Book that We have sent down to you (Prophet Muhammad),
so that those possessed with minds
might ponder its verses and remember." 38:29
and
"Will they not then contemplate on the Koran?
Or are there locks upon their hearts!" 47:24

Four Categories of Explanation
Scholars mention four categories of explanation:
1. Verses that can be understood by both layman and scholar.
