Sorrow and regret on the Day of Judgement 25:25-31
25:25 On that Day, the heaven is split asunder with clouds and the angels are sent down in majesty,
25.25 وَيَوْمَ تَشَقَّقُ السَّمَاء بِالْغَمَامِ وَنُزِّلَ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَنزِيلًا
25:26 the true Kingdom on that Day shall belong to the Merciful a harsh day for the unbelievers.
25.26 الْمُلْكُ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحَقُّ لِلرَّحْمَنِ وَكَانَ يَوْمًا عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ عَسِيرًا
25:27 Upon that Day the harm doer shall bite his hands, and say, 'Would that I had taken a Path with the Messenger!
25.27 وَيَوْمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًا
25:28 Would that I had never chosen so-and-so for my companion!
25.28 يَا وَيْلَتَى لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أَتَّخِذْ فُلَانًا خَلِيلًا
25:29 He led me astray from the Remembrance after it had reached me, satan is ever the foresaker of humans.'
25.29 لَقَدْ أَضَلَّنِي عَنِ الذِّكْرِ بَعْدَ إِذْ جَاءنِي وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِلْإِنسَانِ خَذُولًا
25:30 The Messenger says, 'O my Lord, my people have taken this Koran while deserting it.'
25.30 وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا
25:31 To every Prophet We have appointed an enemy among the harm doers; your Lord is Sufficient for you, a Guide and a Helper.
25.31 وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا مِّنَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ وَكَفَى بِرَبِّكَ هَادِيًا وَنَصِيرًا
