Description of Hell 37:58-74
37:58 What then, shall we not die
37.58 أَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ
37:59 except our first death, and shall we not be punished?'
37.59 إِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا الْأُولَى وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
37:60 Indeed, this is the mighty victory,
37.60 إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
37:61 and for the like of this let the workers work.
37.61 لِمِثْلِ هَذَا فَلْيَعْمَلْ الْعَامِلُونَ
37:62 Is this a better hospitality or the tree of Az-Zakkum!
37.62 أَذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ نُّزُلًا أَمْ شَجَرَةُ الزَّقُّومِ
37:63 We have made this (tree) a trial for the evildoers.
37.63 إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاهَا فِتْنَةً لِّلظَّالِمِينَ
37:64 It is a tree that grows from the bottom of Hell;
37.64 إِنَّهَا شَجَرَةٌ تَخْرُجُ فِي أَصْلِ الْجَحِيمِ
37:65 its spathes are like the heads of satans
37.65 طَلْعُهَا كَأَنَّهُ رُؤُوسُ الشَّيَاطِينِ
37:66 on it they shall feed, and with it they shall fill their bellies.
37.66 فَإِنَّهُمْ لَآكِلُونَ مِنْهَا فَمَالِؤُونَ مِنْهَا الْبُطُونَ
37:67 On top of it they shall have a brew of boiling water,
37.67 ثُمَّ إِنَّ لَهُمْ عَلَيْهَا لَشَوْبًا مِّنْ حَمِيمٍ
37:68 then their return is to Hell.
37.68 ثُمَّ إِنَّ مَرْجِعَهُمْ لَإِلَى الْجَحِيمِ
37:69 They found their fathers in error,
37.69 إِنَّهُمْ أَلْفَوْا آبَاءهُمْ ضَالِّينَ
37:70 yet they run in their footsteps,
37.70 فَهُمْ عَلَى آثَارِهِمْ يُهْرَعُونَ
37:71 yet before them most of the ancients went astray,
37.71 وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ أَكْثَرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
37:72 though We had sent among them warners.
37.72 وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِم مُّنذِرِينَ
37:73 See then the end of those who were warned,
37.73 فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُنذَرِينَ
37:74 except the sincere worshipers of Allah.
37.74 إِلَّا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
