Moses and Pharaoh 44:17-21
44:17 We tried Pharaoh's nation before them. A noble Messenger came to them,
44.17 وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَجَاءهُمْ رَسُولٌ كَرِيمٌ
44:18 (saying,) 'Be obedient to me O worshipers of Allah. I am your honest Messenger.
44.18 أَنْ أَدُّوا إِلَيَّ عِبَادَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
44:19 Do not rise up against Allah, I come to you with clear authority.
44.19 وَأَنْ لَّا تَعْلُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ إِنِّي آتِيكُم بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ
44:20 I take refuge with my Lord and your Lord lest you stone me.
44.20 وَإِنِّي عُذْتُ بِرَبِّي وَرَبِّكُمْ أَن تَرْجُمُونِ
44:21 And if you do not believe me, then leave me!'
44.21 وَإِنْ لَّمْ تُؤْمِنُوا لِي فَاعْتَزِلُونِ
