Everything, great or small is recorded 54:43-55
54:43 What then, are your unbelievers better than those? Or do you have an immunity (written) in the Scrolls?
54.43 أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أُوْلَئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُم بَرَاءةٌ فِي الزُّبُرِ
54:44 Or do they say, 'We are a gathering that will be victorious?'
54.44 أَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَمِيعٌ مُّنتَصِرٌ
54:45 Most certainly their gatherings shall be routed, and they will turn their backs.
54.45 سَيُهْزَمُ الْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ الدُّبُرَ
54:46 Rather, the Hour is their encounter. And that Hour will be most calamitous and bitter.
54.46 بَلِ السَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَى وَأَمَرُّ
54:47 Indeed the wrongdoers are in error and a raging fire.
54.47 إِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِينَ فِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ
54:48 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them), 'Taste the touch of the Scorching!'
54.48 يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ
54:49 Indeed, We have created all things according to a measure.
54.49 إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ
54:50 And Our Order is but one word like the flashing of an eye.
54.50 وَمَا أَمْرُنَا إِلَّا وَاحِدَةٌ كَلَمْحٍ بِالْبَصَرِ
54:51 And We destroyed those like you, is there any that will remember!
54.51 وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا أَشْيَاعَكُمْ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ
54:52 All their deeds are in the Scrolls,
54.52 وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِي الزُّبُرِ
54:53 everything, be it great or small, is recorded.
54.53 وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُسْتَطَرٌ
54:54 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river,
54.54 إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍ
54:55 in a secure abode, in the presence of the Powerful King.
54.55 فِي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ
